As a Partner in the Firm, Mr. Levine concentrates his practice in the construction, surety and real estate development industries. Mr. Levine counsels a variety of clients in negotiating complex project agreements. He also has extensive experience litigating complicated disputes on construction and development projects. Representative cases include disputes on stadiums, hospitals, schools, water treatment plants, chemical plants, bridges, highways, hotels, prisons and office buildings, among others. In addition to his construction practice, Mr. Levine counsels business clients in a myriad of different industries on matters including ownership disputes, breach of contract, financing, solvency, insurance and leasing. He has represented clients in many different forums including numerous State and Federal trial and appellate Courts throughout the country, before governmental Boards of Claims and in private mediation and arbitration.
