Benjamin A. Kift concentrates his practice on construction, surety, and complex commercial litigation and disputes.

Utilizing his skills in a wide array of litigation and pre-litigation matters, Ben has an extensive background in electronic discovery and specializes in document management for complex litigation cases.

Ben is a 2017 graduate of Duquesne University School of Law and is an active member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations.
Mr. Kift graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2009.
