Ms. Kraft practices primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, construction litigation, and general business litigation matters.  In her practice, she also counsels business owners in corporate and contract matters and represents creditors and lien holders in connection with various execution proceedings including sheriff sales and mortgage foreclosures.  She has briefed and argued three matters before the Pennsylvania Superior Court as lead counsel.

Prior to joining Blumling & Gusky, and in addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Kraft also represented criminal defendants and juvenile delinquents. Immediately after graduating law school, Ms. Kraft was employed as a Law Clerk in Washington County, Pennsylvania for Judge Janet Moschetta Bell, now retired.

A 2011 cum laude graduate of the Duquesne University School of Law, Ms. Kraft served as an Editor in Chief of the Criminal Law Journal and competed in the ABA Labor and Employment Law Trial Advocacy Competition in Dallas, Texas.  Ms. Kraft graduated from University of Delaware in Winter 2006.

Ms. Kraft is the President of the Pittsburgh Chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction and the President of WOMEN-Pgh.

Ms. Kraft was chosen by her peers as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Magazine “Rising Star” for the years 2016-2020.
