As a member of the firm’s Construction and Surety Industry Practice Group, Mr. Giorgianni concentrates his practice in the areas of construction law and complex commercial litigation. In addition to representing clients engaged in all aspects of the construction, design and real estate development industries, Mr. Giorgianni handles matters involving contractual disputes, insurance coverage and defense, environmental, bankruptcy and suretyship issues. Mr. Giorgianni earned his degree in Civil Engineering and was employed as an engineer providing design, environmental and construction monitoring services prior to attaining his Juris Doctorate degree. Mr. Giorgianni is a 1992 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Engineering. He received his J.D., cum laude, in 1998 from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where he was a member of the Law Review. Mr. Giorgianni is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and West Virginia including the District Courts for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Southern District of West Virginia as well as the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
