As a member of the Commercial and Corporate Law Practice Group, Mr. Zegeer concentrates his practice in tax and corporate law. He has a broad range of experience in all aspects of Internal Revenue Service and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania tax disputes.
Mr. Zegeer is a member of the Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, District of Columbia and American Bar Associations. Mr. Zegeer is also a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in both Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
Mr. Zegeer received his B.S., summa cum laude, in 1982 from West Virginia University and his J.D. in 1985 from George Washington University. He was named to Phi Alpha Delta, Beta Alpha Psi and Mortar Board. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and the District of Columbia. He is also admitted to the United States Tax Court.
