As a member of the firm's Construction & Surety Industry Practice Group, Mr. Thomas concentrates his practice in the areas of construction and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Blumling & Gusky, Mr. Thomas performed substantial litigation work in both State and Federal Courts in the area of insurance defense litigation, as well as litigation involving labor and employment matters.

Mr. Thomas received his B.S. in Administration of Justice with a minor in Business from the Pennsylvania State University in 1999, and received his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2002. He is a member of the Allegheny and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
