As a Partner in the Corporate and Litigation Practice Groups, Mr. Passodelis counsels diverse local, regional and national businesses and individuals with regard to general corporate and commercial matters including choice of entity issues, mergers and acquisitions, finance structures, risk management and operational management issues. Additionally, he has a unique entrepreneurial background enabling him to counsel clients in areas involving small and large start-up and private equity opportunities.

Mr. Passodelis maintains a vibrant real estate practice which includes the counseling of clients in the acquisition of commercial and residential property, the review of title matters, the issuance of title insurance and the representation of underwriters and agents in title claims in both Pennsylvania and West Virginia. He has significant experience representing manufacturers before the Federal Trade Commission and the Food and Drug Administration in matters involving product labeling and product claims.

Mr. Passodelis is an Officer and Board Member of the Western Pennsylvania Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. He is a Member of the American Bar Association, and the Allegheny County Bar Association.

Mr. Passodelis received his B.A. from Wabash College in 1984 and his J.D. from the Duquesne University School of Law 1989.
