As a member of the Firm's Construction and Surety Industry Practice Group, Ms. Oliver concentrates her practice in the areas of construction and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Blumling & Gusky, Ms. Oliver performed substantial litigation work in both State and Federal Courts in the area of insurance defense litigation, as well as litigation involving labor and employment matters.

Ms. Oliver is a member of the Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and American Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania State Courts and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Oliver received her B.S. in Business Management, magna cum laude, from Grove City College in 1998. She received her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2005, where she served as Class President of the Student Bar Association.
