As a Partner in the Commercial, Corporate and Real Estate Law Practice Groups, Mr. Nobbs’ practice emphasizes business and corporate transactions, including entity formations, corporate governance, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, real estate acquisition, leasing and financing, and the representation of individuals, closely held companies and large institutions in a broad range of general business and real estate related secured and unsecured commercial transactions. Mr. Nobbs also has experience in the formation and counseling of non-profit entities. Prior to joining Blumling & Gusky, Mr. Nobbs practiced law in the Business and Corporate Law Group of a law firm located in Los Angeles, California.

Mr. Nobbs is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and California. He is a member of the Pennsylvania, California and American Bar Associations.

Mr. Nobbs received his B.S. from Brigham Young University in 1995 and his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1998.
