As a member of the firm's Commercial, Corporate, and Real Estate Law Practice Group, Ms. Tymoczko-Korch concentrates her practice in the areas of corporate law, real estate law and estate planning.
Ms. Tymoczko-Korch also participates in various pro bono activities in the community. She is currently a volunteer for the Neighborhood Legal Services Association through which she provides legal representation to victims in PFA actions and volunteers for the Debt Advice Clinic.
Ms. Tymoczko-Korch received her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh in 2002. She received her Juris Doctorate degree from the Duquesne University School of Law and her M.B.A. from Duquesne University in 2005. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association and their Business Law and Real Property, Probate and Trust Sections. She is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, its Women in the Law Committee and the Finance Committee. She is also a member of the West Virginia Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
