As a member of the Firm's Construction and Surety Industry Practice Group, Mr. King concentrates his practice in the areas of construction and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Blumling & Gusky, LLP, Mr. King was a senior associate at a Pittsburgh law firm where he practiced in the areas of construction, insurance and employment litigation. He has successfully litigated and tried cases in both State and Federal Courts.

Mr. King is a member of the Allegheny County and West Virginia Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania; the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania; West Virginia; the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia; the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia; and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

Mr. King received his B.A. in 1994 from Ohio University. After working for a national insurance company located in Columbus, Ohio, he moved to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2000.
