As a partner in the firm's Real Estate, Construction, and Corporate Law Practice Groups, Mr. Huggler concentrates his practice in real estate, construction and development and business transactions. Before moving to Pittsburgh in 1991, Mr. Huggler practiced with a Cleveland law firm, where he concentrated on real estate and construction law matters, including the negotiation and preparation of design and construction contracts for the Cleveland Indians ballpark and the Cleveland Cavaliers arena. In addition to design and construction contracts, Mr. Huggler has a broad range of experience in commercial loan transactions representing both borrowers and lenders, real estate leasing and purchase and sale transactions, and advising clients regarding business structures and acquisition strategies.
Mr. Huggler is a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association. He is a member of the American Bar Associationšs Business Law Section,
Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and Forum on the
Construction Industry.
Mr. Huggler received his A.B., summa cum laude, in 1983 from Wabash College in Crawfordsville, Indiana and his J.D. with honors in 1986 from Duke University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Ohio.
