As a member of the firm's Construction & Surety Industry Practice Group, Ms. Feinstein concentrates her practice in the areas of construction and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Blumling & Gusky, Heather practiced with an insurance defense firm with a focus on occupational claims, as well as commercial and business litigation. Heather was a federal judicial law clerk in the United States District Court in the Northern District of Indiana for the Honorable Allen Sharp. Upon her admission into the Illinois Bar in November 2001, she was an associate at an Illinois law firm where she practiced in the areas of insurance defense and general commercial litigation.

Ms. Feinstein received her Juris Doctorate degree from Valparaiso University School of Law in May, 2001 and a B.A. in Political Science from Valparaiso University in May, 1998. She is admitted to practice in Illinois and Pennsylvania.
