| As a member
of the firm’s Construction & Surety Industry Practice Group,
Mr. Brahan concentrates his practice in the areas of construction
and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Blumling & Gusky,
Mr. Brahan was a partner at a mid-size Pittsburgh law firm where he
practiced in the areas of commercial and construction litigation,
as well as litigation involving labor and environmental issues. He
has successfully litigated and tried cases in both State and Federal
Court. He also has extensive experience in complex and multi-party
litigation.
Mr. Brahan
is a member of the Allegheny County, Pennsylvania and American Bar
Associations. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania; the United
States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania;
and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Mr. Brahan
received his B.A. in 1987 from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
In 1990, he graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh
School of Law, where he was also a member of the Law Review and
the Order of the Coif.
